Join Us Christmas Eve

Why enjoy Christmas Eve at TheMET? After all, we’re pretty busy with other things: the kids, the in-laws, the gifts, and the food. Oh yeah, and just trying to find some rest. For these reasons, and more, Christmas Eve at TheMET is just what you deserve.

You’ll enjoy a wonder-filled experience, full of hope and encouragement, in a casual, ‘come as you are’ environment. Add Christmas Eve at TheMET to your holiday plans. We’re confident you’ll be glad that you did.

Our Soul Needs Blessing

It is the language of the soul. It projects worth and purpose into one’s life. True blessing is an invitation for God’s presence to be all around you, to lead and guide you, that you would find peace, meaning, encouragement, comfort, and resolve because of the secure connection you have with God.

The optimist believes life is good. The resilient optimist maintains that, through it all, life is still good. The biblical narrative tells a different story. Cover to cover, the Bible tells us that things aren’t as they should be. Things are broken, including us. Life is hard.

But wait, there’s more. The story of Scripture is one of rescue, redemption, and salvation. In our next teaching series, we seek the power of the Holy Spirit, the restoring love of Christ, and the faithful goodness of God in every area of life. Invite your friends to join us next Sunday, February 28 for our new series called, Life is Hard. God is good.
