Pursue Your Calling
Thanks for your interest in working at TheMET! Our leadership team is passionate about building a healthy work environment where staff not only does ministry together, but also does life together. As a result, staff can expect to be part of a cohesive team that is willing to take risks and work hard, yet values spiritual health and work/life balance.
Our staff culture is best defined as “high invitation, high challenge” where leaders own their mistakes and give feedback with candor and love, resulting in a staff driven by trust and accountability. As a result of our intentional focus on sustaining a healthy staff culture, TheMET is proud to have been certified as a Best Christian Workplace in 2017 by Best Christian Workplaces Institute.
To be successful at TheMET, there are 5 core virtues that every staff member is expected to cultivate and live out as they bring their best to further the kingdom. This means we encourage and hold each other accountable as we strive to:
- Be Humble
- Be Effective
- Live in Awe
- Fight for Relationship
- Seek Truth
