Lent is a 40-day season of fasting, prayer, and spiritual focus, leading us to Easter. It’s a time to intentionally withdraw from distractions and draw closer to Jesus. Whether you’re new to Lent or have observed it before, this challenge is designed to help you engage with fasting and reflection in a meaningful way.

What is the 40-Day Lent Challenge?

The 40-Day Lent Challenge is an opportunity to:
Fast from distractions and realign your heart with God
Practice spiritual disciplines like prayer, scripture reading, and worship
Prepare your heart for Easter through intentional focus and renewal

Each week, you’ll be invited to give something up and replace it with something greater—spending time with Jesus. From fasting social media to embracing time in prayer, this journey will help deepen your faith in a practical way.
