Re:generation

At some level we all experience brokenness. At re:generation, we see people experiencing growth and new life by working through the healing path God has given us in the Bible. Through this Christ-centered, 12-step program, God can bring you recovery and freedom. We pray that He will reveal the richness and depth of His love for you, no matter where you are.

No matter what stronghold you are struggling with: anxiety/depression, pornography, fear, control, substance abuse, codependency, sexual abuse, trauma, same-sex attraction, eating disorders/body image, anger, pride, obsessive thoughts, or if you just feel stuck in a particular area of life, come as you are and find that God wants to restore you. He loves you and has a plan for you. Everyone is welcome. We look forward to growing with you as you experience God’s love, receive His grace and walk in His freedom.

Thursdays, 6:30pm – 8:30pm | The Met Church

Doors open at 6pm – Meet in The Met Church lobby on main campus, then programming begins at 6:30pm in The Loft, the 2nd floor of Atrium in the main building.

Childcare provided (infants – 6th grade) starting at 6:00pm at The Met at 13000 Jones Rd. Enter building from parking lot off Regency Green and Jones.
