A Week That Can Shape a Lifetime

Something shifts when students step away from the noise of everyday life.
Something shifts when students step away from the noise of everyday life.

Parents often notice it when their student comes home from camp…
a deeper connection with God,
stronger friendships rooted in faith,
and a growing confidence to live out what they believe.

Camp creates space for those moments.
Camp creates space for those moments.

This summer, our Preteens and Students will step away from distractions and into a week designed for worship, meaningful friendships, biblical teaching, and trusted leadership. For many, it becomes the week their faith becomes their own.

FAQs

Your student’s safety and well-being are a top priority.

Is my student safe at camp?

Your student’s safety and well-being are a top priority.

All adult leaders are background-checked and trained prior to camp. We maintain intentional adult-to-student ratios to ensure supervision and meaningful connection. Leaders are CPR and First Aid certified, and camp facilities have established emergency procedures in place.

Clear check-in and check-out procedures are followed, and transportation is organized and supervised by trained leadership. Camp locations are reputable, established facilities designed to host student groups.

If you have specific concerns about your student, we are always happy to talk directly.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

Students stay in gender-specific cabins or dorm-style housing provided by the camp facility. Adult leaders are housed in close proximity to students for supervision and support.

Room assignments are organized in advance, and leaders are strategically placed to ensure safety and care throughout the week.

Can my student room with a friend?

Yes. During registration, students may request a roommate. We do our best to honor requests while maintaining appropriate cabin balance and supervision.

What does the cost include?

Camp registration covers:

  • Transportation
  • Lodging
  • Meals
  • Worship and teaching sessions
  • Recreational activities
  • Camp materials
  • Trained adult leadership

Additional spending money for snacks or merchandise is optional and not required.

What if my student has anxiety or special concerns?

We understand that camp can feel like a big step.

If your student experiences anxiety, homesickness, or specific concerns, we encourage you to connect with us ahead of time. Our leaders are experienced in walking students through those moments with patience and care.

We want camp to be a positive and meaningful experience for every student.

How are medications handled?

For Student Camp, medications are turned into the camp and the student is responsible to go and find the camp nurse for their medication distribution every morning and night.

For Preteen Camp, medications must be turned in at check-in in their original labeled containers. A designated adult leader oversees distribution according to provided instructions.

We will provide detailed medication submission guidelines prior to departure.

What is the refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable after [date], as they secure lodging and transportation commitments.

Refund policies for remaining balances are tied to camp facility deadlines and will be clearly outlined during registration.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage families to contact us directly.

What activities are offered?

Each camp includes:

  • Large-group worship
  • Biblical teaching
  • Small group discussions
  • Team-building recreation
  • Free-time activities specific to the camp facility

Our focus is always spiritual growth first, with fun woven throughout. If you have specific concerns, we would love to talk with you directly.

INVEST IN THE NEXT GENERATION

You may not be packing a suitcase for camp. But you can help shape a preteen or student’s story.

If camp has ever impacted your child, your grandchild, or your own life, consider investing in the next generation. Your generosity helps remove financial barriers so every student who wants to attend has the opportunity.

Pray. Encourage. Invest.
