Serve Day
October 11 8:00 am | The Met Church
Saturday, October 11
Join us for Serve Day as we step outside the walls of our church and into our community. Together, we’ll make a difference through three incredible serve opportunities:
- Sleep in Heavenly Peace – help build and deliver beds for kids in need.
- Boys & Girls Country – serve alongside staff and residents to bless this ministry home. Together we’ll tour the campus, help clean cottages, play games with kids, and work in the vegetable garden. It’s a chance to build relationships and show God’s love in practical ways.
- Habitat for Humanity – (Adults only) pick up a hammer and help build homes for families in Houston.
We’ll start the day together at The MET in the lobby. Grab some coffee, a power bar & fruit, and your Serve Day t-shirt before heading out with your team.
Details to know:
- This event is open to adults and students ages 12+ (excluding Habitat for Humanity, which is adults only). Students must be accompanied by a parent.
- Transportation is required for Habitat for Humanity and Boys & Girls Country. After our kickoff, teams will travel together to their sites.
- Sleep in Heavenly Peace will remain onsite at The MET.
Bring your energy, your smile, and your heart to serve!
