GriefShare at The Met
GriefShare is taking a pause for Spring 2026. While this group is not meeting during this season, you are not alone and our Care Ministry is here to support you.
If you’re walking through grief and would like to connect with someone, please reach out to our Care team. We’ll follow up with you and help you take a next step toward support.
You can also visit the GriefShare website to find an in-person group meeting near you.
We’re honored to walk with you and help you find care, comfort, and hope during this season.
You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.
GriefShare is a 13-week, Christ-centered support group for anyone grieving the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. Each week offers a safe, welcoming environment to process grief through biblically based teaching, honest conversation, and caring relationships.
Whether your loss is recent or not, you’ll find encouragement and hope from others who truly understand what you’re going through.
- Friendly, faith-based environment
- Practical tools to navigate grief
- Open group format — join at any time
Led by trained facilitators who have walked through loss
What to Expect
Each session includes:
- A short video featuring expert insights and real stories
- Group discussion guided by trained facilitators
- Personal reflection and workbook time to process and apply what you’re learning
You’re welcome to join at any point in the 13-week cycle. Each session stands alone, so you won’t feel behind if you start mid-series.
