Care Ministry
Struggling or seeking growth? Care Ministries at The MET offer support, love, and life skills to help you find hope and navigate life’s challenges.
- GriefShare – 13 weeks walking through various stages of grief and how to manage through a biblical worldview, specifically related to the loss of a close family member. The HUB | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
- Re:generation – One year discipleship program to uncover any sin or trauma leading to sinful behaviors. This is conducted in small groups with others who may be dealing with similar struggles. Led by a facilitator who is living in freedom from their own struggles. The HUB | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
- Re|engage – 16 sessions walking through biblical principles related to a covenant marriage before God. This is conducted in small groups with facilitators who have journeyed through the program and are now mentoring other couples through the material. The MET – 3rd Floor (The Zone) | 6:30pm – 8:00pm
- Hope Team – The Hope Team at The MET strives to provide a listening ear, perspective on struggles, and encouragement through Scripture to aid people experiencing down seasons of life. Our team of volunteers has walked through mental health coaching and seeks to restore hope to those enduring challenges and struggles. Our team members use Scripture and pray with those we meet as we believe our faith is part of how we process life.
There’s so much happening at The HUB all through the week, but you’ll find the following on Saturdays:
- Soccer League – Register (4yr – 7th grade) by Feb 14!
- Sleep In Heavenly Peace – The MET partners with SHP to build beds for kids in our community that don’t have one. There are 2 events (Jan 18 + Jan 25) open to general volunteers in January. Both are delivery events. This is a great chance to see the impact you make when a child gets a bed of their own!
